To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can then continue with the checkout process and make a secure online payment with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or Ideal and Bancontact. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

You do not need an account to place an order, but an account allows you to save your personal information and view previous orders. Please note that we do not store any payment information in your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by logging in when placing an order.

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to New York and Tennessee. The tax rate is determined by the exact delivery address and will be displayed when placing your order.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on holidays will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of this is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges as they are specific to each location.
